Development of a Machine Learning Model for Knowledge Acquisition, Relationship Extraction and Discovery in Domain Ontology Engineering using Jaccord Relationship Extraction and Neural Network

The paper presents a machine learning model for automated, domain-independent ontology construction using heterogeneous data from multiple domains. It applies natural language processing and data extraction, then uses Jaccord Relationship extraction and a Neural Network Approval process for retrieval, indexing, mapping, knowledge discovery and rule generation.
